Once you’ve booked, you’ll receive a ticket with instructions and a unique code listed under “Before You Go”. Then install the VoiceMap app and enter your code.

App very easy to download and use. Worked very well directions were clear. Content very informative and accessible. Audio was good quality. You could use it with a headpone in your phone in your pocket and not look like a tourist.

This was my first time doing a self-guided tour so I was a little unsure about how it would go, but it was a great experience! The instructions and app were very clear on where I should go at each step, and the tour itself was informative and entertaining. The only hiccups were a couple of the stops were closed off when I visited, but I suppose that can't be helped with something like this. It was very easy to skip ahead to where I was to go next. I especially appreciated the ability to pause the tour whenever I wanted, either to rest or take a closer look at something. Highly recommend it if you'll be traveling on your own.

The audio guides glitched, and some refused to work at all. I purchased 4 and only one!!! worked. I feel completely robbed and will never purchase a similar product from your site. If my Edinburgh hop-on/off bus is as useless, I will write a bad public review.

This was an excellent way to walk around York whilst being guided snd informed. So much history and places explained in detail but in an easy style. I took my time to complete the walk as was in no hurry. Thoroughly recommend this tour.

My husband and I decided to visit York whilst spending a week in Yorkshire with our 2 spaniels, having the dogs meant we were restricted, this audio walking tour was perfect for us, we could stop/start at any point. The narration was excellent and all in all very informative. We would highly recommend this.

Very interesting at laugh becuse there's things there from the 80s so does that make us antique s lol .the cells are good with projectors tell tales in each cell .definitely recommend
