Discover the ruins of the ancient Baths of Agrippa, the oldest public baths, constructed by Augustus's son-in-law (25th and 19th BC). 2.00I believe that the experience itself was pretty unique, the food excellent, and our presenter sharing a bit of history, however, the company that we were with was not what I was expecting, and it ruined it all! I know that you cannot control this - the people that you share the experience with, but my sister and I were completely disenchanted. Two other things that we did not like, was the fact that the venue was in the baths that Agrippa had built and though that was what made this experience unique, it couldn't be helped, the fact that it smelled moldy/musty. The food was most delicious, but too much time would pass between the antipasti and the main course, and then between the main course and dessert. Almost an hour in between! Our presenter was very sweet and engaging, telling us about the history of the site, but in the end, I would not suggest this activity.

The setting alone is breathtaking—dining among ancient Roman ruins, softly illuminated by candlelight, creates a truly magical and intimate atmosphere. The food was exceptional, with each dish carefully prepared and beautifully presented. Every course offered a taste of traditional Roman flavors, perfectly balanced and paired with exquisite Italian wines. The guided tasting was informative without being overwhelming, adding depth to the experience without taking away from the relaxation. The highlight was the unique blend of history, flavor, and ambiance. It truly felt like a journey through time. If you're in Rome and looking for something special, this is an experience not to be missed.

5.00This is a unique dinner served in the underground “caves” or cellars of the Pantheon. Walk from the madness of the Piazza at night to the quiet beauty of Ancient Rome. Lilly was our guide to dinner and told us all about Ancient Rome and the Pantheon, and about each course as they were served. She left us alone to enjoy our meal after each course was served. Lilly was fun, and clearly full of energy, which makes her the perfect hostess. Dinner was delicious, and is paired with four wines.
