5.00Serena was an amazing tour guide. She gave us all a personalized and memorable experience of the Forum and the Colosseum, and out of luck, the Senate building, which would not have been possible going on our own. We would ABSOLUTELY recommend anyone experience this on their visit to Rome.

1.00A family member was omitted from the guided tour list due to an error on their end. The service desk attendant at the Rome office branch did not acknowledge their error even though the booking was confirmed by them and paid in full for all family members to attend. This was a family booking and unfortunately we did not participate in the tour. I am optimistic if the tour will be refunded.
