Learn to make pasta by hand with a professional chef as your guide. Your 3hrs class teaches you the basics of cooking authentic Italian pasta that you can recreate in your own kitchen. The class takes place in a charming cooking school with state-of-the-art appliances in the heart of Rome's Trastevere neighborhood. There, meet your Italian chef and small group of fellow cooks over an Italian aperitivo, a plate of cured meats and cheese with a glass of prosecco. Once you've relaxed, begin making fettuccine and ravioli from scratch with a traditional red and white sauce made with seasonal ingredients handpicked by your chef. As the pasta dries, take a break with a gelato-making demonstration. Finally, sit down to enjoy it with plenty of wine and homemade gelato to top it all off.

Had a lot of fun learning to make pasta! Only thing I would recommend is to have a bread recipe in the list of recipes they send home with you.

Our instructor Asia was incredible and did a great job of explaining everything in an accessible way. I really liked the final product (we made ricotta spinach raviolis and fettuccine puttancesca) and this was definitely one of our favourite days in Rome.

Unable to rate as the tour operator/ chef never showed up at the meeting point for the class. Wasted 2 hours of our time and money in travel to destination and waiting for a response - precious time on our honeymoon that we will never get back. Ruined the night - was almost impossible to find a spot for dinner nearby. Had to eat at 11pm. Unable to book another cooking class and will never be able to experience a cooking class on our honeymoon. So yes, terrible experience and would give zero stars if I could.
