Learn to make pasta by hand with a professional chef as your guide. Your 3hrs class teaches you the basics of cooking authentic Italian pasta that you can recreate in your own kitchen. The class takes place in a charming cooking school with state-of-the-art appliances in the heart of Rome's Trastevere neighborhood. There, meet your Italian chef and small group of fellow cooks over an Italian aperitivo, a plate of cured meats and cheese with a glass of prosecco. Once you've relaxed, begin making fettuccine and ravioli from scratch with a traditional red and white sauce made with seasonal ingredients handpicked by your chef. As the pasta dries, take a break with a gelato-making demonstration. Finally, sit down to enjoy it with plenty of wine and homemade gelato to top it all off.

Fantastic experience. Luca and Jamila were excellent hosts and gave great instruction. The class itself was well paced and the food came out very nicely.

We had a cooking class with Asia and Luca, the two were so warm and likeable and had a lot of humor. We immediately felt like in the home kitchen, it was distributed prosecco and wine. It was such a nice experience and a great evening.

Fabulous and Fun teachers and food! This was such a blast and would definitely recommend! It was a small group and very interesting, I lived learning all aspects of the pasta dishes and can't wait to try making pasta at home.

The instructors were great! However, the gelato was disappointing. It was overly salted. They said they were giving us a salted caramel flavor but it just tasted like someone added salt instead of sugar by mistake. It was a disappointing end to an otherwise lovely experience.
