A well organised trip with our driver Luka. Everything ran on time and return transport was in a new Mercedes minibus which was very comfortable. We spent around 2.5 hours in pompeii which was enough to get us round the attraction.

Luca, Jack drivers and the Guide were very friendly and honest, they were telling us everything in a very kind way, i felt safe and welcome! i can’t recommend them enough for this incredible memories they gave us on the pompeii Tour and Transportation service ! their cars were amazing, clean and new! the tour is about 2 hours in the site but for us was good enough !.

Crown Tours offered a safe and convenient direct drive in a mini-van to Pompei. It was efficient and safe and the drivers were pleasant. Unfortunately the Pompei tour was short and quite limited in scope, the guide herself was good. The driver-operators, though nice, were not very attentive or informative. A couple of their employees attended the tour and they were more focused on them than the paticipants. I would not recommend the drive to Sorrento, pretty scenery, but the lunch and time spent doing it was not worth it. The drive service is excellent, the tour and experience was not.

When time is short but your travel to-do list includes visits to Pompei and Sorento, look no further than Crown Tours. It's without doubt both sites are breathtaking—the ruins of the micro-city of Pompei and the coast of Sorento—however, when you have tour guides and vehicle operators like Luca and Giacomo (Jack) your trip becomes a truly memorable experience. Both arrived on time and ensured the travel safety and comfort of my family members (split into two vans due to the number of individuals). Breakfast was a delight; the cafe at which we made our first stop served scrumptious, freshly baked croissants and offered a choice of espresso or cappuccino to get us fired up for the adventure. Apart from the two main attractions, every stop to admire the gorgeous scenery, learn about the region, and take photos was well executed and Luca and Jack made themselves available to take some of the burden from family travel (e.g., carrying the baby stroller, easing passengers out of and into the vans, pulling chairs for everyone before seating at tables, etc.). I also appreciate that they shared their knowledge of key locales along the way as part of the tour and that they weren't coy about striking a conversation with us en route to neutralize the silence in the van. And, to avoid spoiling any surprises for would-be Crown Tours customers of this tour package, lunch at the final stop before heading back to Rome (at least for us) was spectacular! Crown Tours easily earns my approval for top-class touring services and I highly recommend them for their fun, friendly, and pleasant customer service throughout the entire trip. To Luca: thank you very much for letting me use one of your many chargers to keep my phone's battery charged!

We had a fabulous tour while visiting Pompeii and Sorrento. Our drivers/tour guides (Luca and Jacomo) are world-class and go above and beyond for their guests. They were professional, informative, and made are day trip experience stellar. On a side note their vehicles were clean and very comfortable. This was an amazing day!!!

It was the best tour we have ever been on. Our guide at Pompeii was great. Her knowledge was excellent. Our driver Jack went out of his way to treat us very special. Breakfast was amazing. The stops were breath taking. Our lunch and location was beyond anything we could have imagined in Sorento. The food and scenery were outstanding. Thank you Jack!
