So much fun and the best pasta I’ve ever had. I would come to Italy again just for this class. If you’re on the fence, just do it.

You should absolutely take this class! It makes for a lovely evening and Claudio is absolutely the best. First, Claudio makes everything super clear and easy. He was very helpful as we made the pasta, making sure everyone was doing the right steps and their pasta looked exactly as it should. The group size was also great. We had 6 ranging from just out of college/university to early thirties. That made it lots of fun and it helped for each of us to get the support we needed. Claudio was also very good at making sure we all practiced good hygiene. We washed hands often and the spaces were very clean. The actual pasta making was so much fun! My personal favorite was the ravioli, I’d never stuffed one by hand before, but I also loved seeing the fettuccine come out. The tiramisu was fun as we all worked on it as a group together. Of course, and perhaps most importantly, the food was exceptional. Am I biased since we helped make it? Maybe, but the way the cooks prepare it and the portion sizes are perfect. It was just what we needed after a long day. And, of course, the free flowing wine and prosecco helped loosen everyone up and made it so fun. Finally, I want to highlight how great Claudio was. He was friendly, helpful, and made the class so much more fun. He took time to learn a little bit about each of us and talked to us for a while after as well. It was an added bonus to learn more about him and his story. Overall, 12/10 cannot recommend this class enough. You should do it for a fun, rewarding, and relaxed way to enjoy Rome. -A couple of visitors from Ohio and Washington DC, USA

Claudio was an incredible host and chef! He effortlessly led of class of four adults and four children through the intricacies of preparing tiramisu, fettuccine and ravioli. Apart from the moms capturing an occasional photo, everyone was immersed in the cooking and no one reached for their phones. The food and wine selection was perfect. 10 out of 10 experience.
