Learn to make pasta by hand with a professional chef as your guide. Your 3-hour cooking class teaches you the basics of cooking authentic Italian pasta that you can recreate in your own kitchen. The class takes place in a charming cooking school with state-of-the-art appliances in the heart of Rome's Trastevere neighborhood. There, meet your Italian chef and small group of fellow cooks (max 14 people) over an Italian aperitivo, a plate of cured meats and cheese with a glass of prosecco. Once you've relaxed, begin making fettuccine and ravioli from scratch with a traditional red and white sauce made with seasonal ingredients handpicked by your chef. As the pasta dries, take a break with a gelato-making demonstration. Finally, sit down to enjoy it with plenty of wine and homemade gelato to top it all off.

We had such a wonderful experience! My husband really wanted to do a cooking class, and I’m not really into tours and things like that, but this class changed my mind!!! It was so much fun. Our highlight of Rome! Magdalena was an amazing hostess and couldn’t have been more encouraging and welcoming. Our group was of 8 people and it was very fun! I feel like I need to do one of these in every city! 5/5 definitely recommend!!!

Our family of 5 had a great time making some fantastic dishes. The chefs were all super friendly and did a great job teaching and including the kids (ages 10 and 14) in the experience. We made a pasta with red sauce and a ravioli dish - both were delicious. Wine was served during preparation of the meal as well as when eating. Just a great, fun experience!
