Enjoy the charm of Trastevere combined with our state-of-the-art appliances & cooking space. Meet your (very handsome)Italian chef and a small group of fellow cooks over an Italian aperitivo, cured meats and cheese with a glass of prosecco. Once you've relaxed, begin making fettuccine and ravioli from scratch with a traditional red and white sauce made with seasonal ingredients handpicked by your chef. As the pasta dries, take a break with a gelato-making demonstration. Finally, sit down to enjoy it with plenty of wine and homemade gelato to top it all off.

In this small group, fun experience, learn the secrets of creating incredible fettuccine and ravioli pasta from scratch with two traditional sauces (white and red). Get inside info on tried-and-true tips passed down from generations of Italian families. As the pasta dries and settles, the chef will prepare your dessert: Italy's beloved gelato. As we open perfectly paired wine, enjoy your pasta before digging into the homemade gelato. At the end of the 3 hours, you can choose to stay in the space with your new friends or venture out to explore the nearby streets that make up lovely Trastevere.

This was the perfect class! The girls were great teachers, we learned a ton in 2 hours. Class size was small. Plenty of bubbly, wine and snacks and in the end we enjoyed a delicious meal with newly made friends! It was also gloriously aor conditioned :) one of the highlights of our trip for sure!!
