Learn to make pasta by hand with a professional chef as your guide. Your 3-hour cooking class teaches you the basics of cooking authentic Italian pasta that you can recreate in your own kitchen. The class takes place in a charming cooking school with state-of-the-art appliances in the heart of Rome's Trastevere neighborhood. There, meet your Italian chef and small group of fellow cooks (max 14 people) over an Italian aperitivo, a plate of cured meats and cheese with a glass of prosecco. Once you've relaxed, begin making fettuccine and ravioli from scratch with a traditional red and white sauce made with seasonal ingredients handpicked by your chef. As the pasta dries, take a break with a gelato-making demonstration. Finally, sit down to enjoy it with plenty of wine and homemade gelato to top it all off.

Definitely one of the highlights of our time in Rome! I was hesitant to book and did so without telling my husband, and… He loved it! Great food, great wine, and great company learning to make pasta in Italy! Highly recommend! Just do it!

What a fun and enjoyable evening learning how to make pasta and gelato. I believe we made some Fettuccine noodles, and then also Ravioli…. There were plenty of snacks if you wanted to munch a little during the class, and there was also wine. White wine during class, and some red wine with dinner (not my favorite)…. And then the class was able to eat all of the food they prepared. Overall a great evening and the two men doing the class were very helpful and enjoyable to be around. Definitely recommend this class to others.

Wonderful experience all around! The chefs were sweet, fun and patient and the entire experience was fun. Both my kids said it was their favorite experience of the trip, I loved it and my parents loved it. I couldn’t recommend this more highly.
