Learn to make pasta by hand with a professional chef as your guide. Your 3hrs class teaches you the basics of cooking authentic Italian pasta that you can recreate in your own kitchen. The class takes place in a charming cooking school with state-of-the-art appliances in the heart of Rome's Trastevere neighborhood. There, meet your Italian chef and small group of fellow cooks over an Italian aperitivo, a plate of cured meats and cheese with a glass of prosecco. Once you've relaxed, begin making fettuccine and ravioli from scratch with a traditional red and white sauce made with seasonal ingredients handpicked by your chef. As the pasta dries, take a break with a gelato-making demonstration. Finally, sit down to enjoy it with plenty of wine and homemade gelato to top it all off.

Your local chef will begin to act as a tutor and give you the fundamentals of creating incredible fettuccine and ravioli pasta from scratch with two traditional sauces (white and red). They will offer their tried-and-true tips passed down from generations of Italian families. As the pasta dries and settles, the chef will prepare your dessert: Italy's beloved gelato. Fun experience. Chefs were super fun and everyone got to prepare their pasta and help with the sauce. It was also nice to share a meal with “strangers” who you’ve been cooking and drinking with for two hours around a table. You won’t leave hungry!

Family of 7. Very interactive, intuitive, and made making fresh pasta fun and easy. The two pastas (papardelle alla puttanesca and butter & sage ravioli) turned out really good! Thanks to Manuela for a great experience.

I did this class with my mother-in-law and two middle school aged kids, and we all absolutely loved it! The chef and sous chef (Luca and Jamila) were really fun, super knowledgeable, and made the class amazing. Eating the fruits of our labor was really fun as well. We would totally recommend this class to anyone. Our only change would be to tell people to do this on the front end of their trip and not the last day like we did in order to get great tips on how to spot good pasta and gelato!

My wife and I had such an incredible experience at the pasta-making class with Luca and Jamila! From start to finish, they were both absolutely amazing-full of energy, super engaging, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They made the entire process feel approachable and fun, even for beginners. Their instructions were clear, easy to follow, and they were always right there to help whenever we needed it. You could tell they really cared about making sure everyone had a great time and learned something along the way. The class itself was such a fun and memorable experience. It wasn't just about making pasta-it was about enjoying the moment, laughing, and creating something together. We would 100% recommend this class to anyone looking for a unique and enjoyable experience, and we would absolutely come back again!

Bad organization. No local contact provided. We were in traffic and few minutes late. They left without us and no refunds. We could have headed to the site directly had they provided a contact.
