Start making a wish at the iconic Trevi Fountain, the largest Baroque fountain in the city. Next, venture underground to marvel at ruins that date all the way back to Ancient Rome. This history comes to life with the help of a professional guide, who will explain the story behind the Vicus Caprarius archaeological area.
Learn about the findings discovered during excavation, including precious polychrome marble coverings, the famous head of Alessandro Helios, a treasure trove of 800 coins, and the spatheia, special African amphorae for transporting oil.

The guide Alessia was great. Super attentive and great guide. The meeting point, City of the Waters, was terrible: the receptionist did not provide information and even complained to ask for help.

It was very educational! It was the history of how it was discovered and how the beautiful fountains receive the water.
