The tour started off well—engaging and pleasant—but ended terribly. Our guide told us to meet outside after the last stop and then disappeared. When we went to the office, they took their equipment and dismissed us. Very disappointed we couldn’t finish the tour and won’t receive a refund.

The.Vatican is just beautiful! The art work is stunning. Louisa was so passionate, knowledgeable and very considerate of the older members of our group. This is a long tour but well worth it if you don't mind getting in your steps.

My wife and I enjoyed our tour. Our tour guide Gabriella was simply the best guide. She was very knowledgeable and you can tell she’s seasoned. Taking a tour is your best bet to crowd management and also if time is of the essence. The tour allowed us to visit the “what not to miss”. Otherwise you’ll have to spend time researching the various works of art in front of you. The statues, paintings and mosaics were impressively preserved. The tour takes you back in time. Definitely a must-see.

10am guide (Fabio?) was awesome, very knowledgeable and patient. With a great sense of humor!! Bring your walking shoes and lots of patience! Very, very crowded, shoulder to shoulder in all the museums visited. But nevertheless spectacular!!
