Westminster Abbey
The Abbey has been the coronation church since 1066, and is the final resting place of 17 monarchs. The church we see today was begun by Henry III in 1245. It’s one of the most important Gothic buildings in the country, and has the medieval shrine of an Anglo-Saxon saint at its heart.
Big Ben
Big Ben is the nickname for the Great Bell of the clock at the north end of the Palace of Westminster in London and is usually extended to refer to both the clock and the clock tower.

A well paced itinerary that balanced sightseeing and leisure, plus smooth transportation between sites. Things that everyone should keep in mind are weather is unpredictable, some parts involved fair but of walking. Overall you are good to go!

The itinerary included major landmarks like Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben etc. My only complaint is that some parts felt a bit rushed, especially at the tower of London. But as a well organized introduction, this was fantastic.

Our guide was well informed, and kept things flowing nicely without it feeling rushed. Over all it was a great intro to London.
