Jonathan was amazing. He was enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the history of Grand Central Station. He involved the group of 16 by memorizing our names and home cities before we even left the starting point and we only gave him this information once. He would call out our names throughout the tour. We learned so much on this fun tour that we didn’t know before. We would highly recommend both this tour and Jonathan.

Our guide, Jonathan, was fantastic! His knowledge, recall of facts, dates and even our names was incredible. His love of this beautiful treasure was contagious. A wonderful tour. I appreciated his strong speaking voice; no need for earphones.

This was a fantastic informative tour. John was amazing. He knew the facts and presented them with enthusiasm. He had great interaction with the group. He made sure we heard him and we didn’t feel at all rushed. We highly recommend this tour.

Very interesting information and lots of it. The history was very detailed, and Bob had great old photographs too. However, it was hard to hear him sometimes due to the crowd and noise in GCT. We didn’t get access to the private platform, secret staircases, or the catwalks across the west and east windows - I had hoped for those things - and there was no mention of the Manhattan Project. But all-in-all, I enjoyed it very much and would both recommend this GCT tour, and look to join other tours he leads such as the Gilded Age on 5th Avenue.
