What To Expect
We pick up from four designated spots in Rome at specific times. When you book, please inform us of the stop you've chosen to be picked up at, as well as the name of the ship you'll be boarding. Maximum number of passengers: 8. Our driver will assist you with your bags. KINDLY NOTE the luggage limit is one large suitcase and one carry-on per person. Vehicles are air-conditioned. You will be at the port of Civitavecchia no later than 1:30 pm. We will drop you off right at your cruise ship.

5.00I booked the Shared Shuttle Transfer from Rome to Civitavecchia Port, and my driver Matteo was fantastic. Traffic in Rome that day was absolutely terrible, and I was worried I’d be late for pickup. Fortunately, Matteo called to let me know he was on his way, which really put me at ease. Despite the heavy traffic, he arrived promptly and navigated the roads with impressive efficiency. The ride was actually shorter than the estimated 1 hour and 25 minutes—which was a pleasant surprise! I appreciate that the company overestimates travel time, so you never feel rushed. There were five of us in the van, and it felt comfortable and uncrowded. Matteo dropped us off right by the entrance to the customs checkpoint inside the port terminal, making the whole experience incredibly convenient. Overall, an excellent experience!

5.00Highly recommend this transfer service. I had a 2:30 pm check in time for my cruise, and was given a 12:05 pm meeting time for my shuttle transfer. My driver (Vlad) arrived at 11:55 am for my pick up. He was very polite and professional. In comparison to other transfer options, this was the most affordable. I would definitely use them again.

5.00Ricardo was very accommodating. Protests were planned and he came early to get us out of the city center. Then he drove to a few sites to let us take in the views. After a refreshment stop we were off to the port.
