As a solo traveler it’s hard to get pictures of yourself! Kenji was really friend and fun, made it easy to relax and enjoy the walk around shibuya and shinjuku. Even though I had already visited both neighborhoods on this trip he brought me to some adorable alleys and streets I had not come across, knew right where the best lighting was and how to time the insane intersection shibuya crossing. Really great experience, did not feel rushed at all. Got my pictures the next day and adore them, some portraits done candids a great mix and I’ll always have these! Thank you Kenji! P.s. dude you should charge more!

Kenji was amazing, he was personable, respectful, and patient with us. He had great photo ideas and took amazing photos. Kenji would show our photos while shooting in case we wanted something else. His photos were amazing. He would allow us to practice and take our time instead of rushing.

Not only did Kenji provide me with great quality photos, but he was also so knowledgeable about the city so it was great to learn some history along the way. He was very accommodating and helpful with poses and what to do. Highly would recommend!

I had the most incredible experience with Kenji during our photoshoot in Shinjuku and Shibuya! Not only did he capture stunning, high-quality photos of me in some of Tokyo’s most iconic neighborhoods, but he also educated me along the way with fascinating facts about the city’s history and culture. Kenji has a fantastic eye for composition and lighting — every photo was thoughtful, artistic, and full of life. His calm, friendly energy made me feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera, even in the busy streets of Tokyo. If you’re looking for a way to capture beautiful memories of your time in Japan while learning more about the country, I can’t recommend Kenji enough. This experience was hands-down one of the highlights of my trip!
