Tickets didn’t work and staff was unable to help correct the issue. I contacted Viator and was told they couldn’t get ahold of the end provider and I was forced to buy separate tickets

For the price vs experience, I do not feel as though it was worth it. The shrek costume is very poorly made . Unique experience if in the area, but wouldn’t make a trip to see it again.

Pretty average experience, quite bizarre really. It all feels a bit rushed and the storylines weak. Costs a lot for what you get.
