After a brief introduction to Vietnam’s coffee history and culture, you’ll dive into a fully hands-on brewing experience guided step by step by a local barista. Using authentic Vietnamese materials—freshly roasted Robusta beans, the country’s main export variety that has helped Vietnam become the world’s second-largest coffee exporter, along with the iconic phin filter, egg yolk, condensed milk, and natural local ingredients—you’ll learn to craft six unique coffee styles that represent the essence of Vietnam’s coffee heritage. You’ll brew and taste each cup yourself, spending around 60 - 120 minutes in the workshop area learning, experimenting, and exchanging stories with other coffee lovers. The instructor will personally guide you, answer your questions, and help you refine your technique. Devin was really nice from beginning to the end. The place is very modern and the atmosphere is very welcoming. He explained and helped us to make 6 different types of Vietnamese coffee, telling the origin behind each one, and making sure we learned how to make them, explaining every step in the process. The flavor of every coffee was amazing. They provided all the necessary tools and after making each one, we had some time to enjoy each coffee. I totally recommend this experience and I would repeat it with Devin with no hesitation.

Had a wonderful with our barista Nadia, the group was small( only 5 people) which was perfect for the relaxing atmosphere of the coffee shop. Would recommend the morning time slot as the coffee was great and is one way to start your day!! The coffee was all very good and you learned how each one was made and some history behind it. The group friendliness really made the event even better.
