Your coffee journey begins with a warm welcome at a modern, creative café in the heart of Hanoi. After a brief introduction to Vietnam’s coffee history and culture, you’ll dive into a fully hands-on brewing experience guided step by step by a local barista. Using authentic Vietnamese materials—freshly roasted Robusta beans, the country’s main export variety that has helped Vietnam become the world’s second-largest coffee exporter, along with the iconic phin filter, egg yolk, condensed milk, and natural local ingredients—you’ll learn to craft six unique coffee styles that represent the essence of Vietnam’s coffee heritage. You’ll brew and taste each cup yourself, spending around 60 - 120 minutes in the workshop area learning, experimenting, and exchanging stories with other coffee lovers. The instructor will personally guide you, answer your questions, and help you refine your technique. At the end of the session, you’ll receive a small takeaway gift along with personalized local tips on where to eat, drink, and explore in Hanoi — perfect for those who want to experience the city like a true insider.
