2.00There were 3 different people with the company that we coordinated with. The first two were wonderful and helpful, but our guide (Benji) was totally unprofessional and inappropriate. He made several “jokes” about p*rn and seemed to care more about complaining about current global politics than actually telling us about the Colosseum. I can’t believe we paid so much money for such an uncomfortable experience:( I give two stars because I believe the other tour guides would have done a good job.

5.00The team was super communicative and the guide was an incredible story teller who knew everyone. Even though it was about 3 million degrees, he kept with us and kept the crowd engaged. I wish I had him for college history class!

1.00We showed up on time and was told the same 11am time was moved to 12:30. With no notice at all. Then we get a phone call at 11:30 asking where we are. We showed up again just for them to say they can’t get us in until 12:50 and now we won’t have a tour guide. My daughter almost had a heat stroke because of how hot it was and standing in the sun for so long. Meanwhile we missed our lunch reservations. We were told we would only get a partial refund but still haven’t received any notices or refund. We are still on vacation and about to board a cruise ship so when we get back I will be following through and if we don’t get a refund we will consult a lawyer.

5.00We had a fabulous time exploring the Colosseum in the evening. We spent about an hour. The weather was cooler and the crowds were lessened because it was close to closing time. We learned a lot and our guide was highly trained and informed. He made the experience great for the kids as well.

5.00We had 40 minutes inside with Benjamin and he was great. Super funny and knowledgeable. Adnan, the tour operator helped us figure out the meeting point which was a little challenging but in all we had a great time.
