Another excellent class by CookInn Taiwan , we learned how to make two classic street food dishes and Boba tea , including how to make the Boba pearls from scratch and by hand. This group , led by Angela makes learning easy and fun , with lots of suggestions for sourcing ingredients and reasonable substitutions, this was my second class with this group and next time I am in Taipei I will look to take another . Thanks again the instruction and recipe book , and cook book recommendation were greatly appreciated

This cooking class was fantastic. The instructor was super friendly and helpful, and the food came out amazing. It was an interesting way to learn about how some of the street food we've been getting is made, and the recipe book we received will make a great souvenir. I look forward to trying what I learned again at home

Very good experience. Angela was most capable and interesting. The Gua Bao we made was DELICIOUS. I can't wait to try it at home , to impress my family, The Lu Rou was also good, but the Star was the Gua Bao. The Boba Tea was an amazing process, very hard! All up, a GREAT WAY TO SPEND TIME IN TAIPEI!

I enjoyed an afternoon cooking class so much at CookInn Taiwan a few days ago that I returned the following day to do another class! The classes take place in a city centre location, in a lovely spacious, airy room with big windows. The facilties are top notch with each participant having their own cooking station. But the real draw here is the skilled, professional, friendly and warm teachers. Both Angela and Chelsea were charming and warm and the classes couldn't have been better. There's no standing around watching at these classes - you get hands on experience from the start and the teachers are eager to answer questions and make sure everyone is happy. Needless to say, the dishes we cooked were wonderfully tasty (we sat down and ate everything at the end of the class) and I feel confident enough to have a go making the recipes at home. Recipe booklet provided but we could take photos along the way. I highly recommend CookInn Taiwan if you want to learn how to make some Taiwanese dishes. Thanks to the cooking school for enhancing my short visit to Taipei.

We made Gua Bai from scratch and made the braised pork to go on top of the pre made rice. We also made boba from scratch. Easy and fun.

It was super amazing to join the Street Food Cooking Class. At first, I wanted to join the Pastry and Oolong class, but unfortunately, there were too less people who wanted to join - so I'll have to come back :) Then, it got the offer to join the Street Food Cooking Class instead, and I definitely don't regret it. It was so much fun with the team of CookInn Taiwan and the whole group, who joined. We also got the recipes, so it's now a pleasure for me to cook the food while being back in Germany.

Great class! Informative and fun. The facilities were clean and well equipped. Our instructor (Lydia) was helpful and friendly. It was an English language cooking class and we had no problems understanding the directions. We liked the class a lot and would definitely do it again.
