Great experience with lots of history incorporated.. Good food at brunch and snack bar food/drinks) We really enjoyed the live jazz band and the steam organ.

Food was good and the ship was fun. It is very industrial along most of the ride and I had hoped to see more variety of environment

It was a nice experience, food and service was good, but music could have been better. It's named "Jazz" Cruise but should indicate specific that it's Dixieland Jazz.

Enjoyed the cruising the most as it was a beautiful day. The buffet was a little disappointing. It was a rather small buffet with limited choices. No egg dishes, but it had spinach?! The "desserts" were store bought rolls-2 choices only. Coffee and water were part of the brunch, but no other drinks, not even breakfast juices. We had to pay $3.50 each for a small plastic cup of orange juice. For some reason, we never got a bowl of gumbo like the other diners. Servers were going around giving everyone a bowl at their table. Unfortunately, we were missed. We did not go back for seconds. Overall the food we did eat was good, not exceptional, but still tasty. A mixed experience but basically a positive experience.

The indoor dining room was spotless and service was excellent.. Buffet food. Ok. Nothing special except the cinnamon rolls which were yummy! Lots of choices if you like spicy food Jazz band.. Was inside the dining room but sound wasn't clear.. When we went out on deck sound system didn't project well so we really didn't get to enjoy the jazz part of the jazz brunch that much. Tour guide as we went on the cruise.. Lots of information but once again poor sound system so we couldn't get all the information. Hard to understand at times It was something different to do so would recommend people try it once.

The experience of being on a Steam Boat, with a great band and a super attentive staff was great. However the buffet was pretty basic and not the quality I would have expected for the price. The cocktails were well done and while some came in plastic cups, my Sazerac showed up in a proper glass. Personally I would grab Brunch at Cafe Beignet right by the dock and then go enjoy the river.

It was easy to get tickets ahead of time online. Everything ran on time. All the crew was happy and polite. There seemed to be plenty of seating. There also seemed to be plenty of bars and bathrooms. The narrator was interesting and the Jazz bad was good.
