5.00This food tour was a really fun and exciting way to experience Taipei’s food scene. Our tour guide (Skyler✨) did a great job of guiding us through the city to popular food spots while being considerate of our dietary needs as well as explaining the historical significance of each dish. So if you don’t eat pork or meat in general, know that there are vegetarian options for you available. I cannot confirm if they’re vegan though. She also asks if you’d like to share certain dishes with one of the other people on the tour if you came alone or with whoever you came with as there are many dishes to try but you’re also welcome to get your own if you’d prefer. All the spots are within walking distance which is perfect for walking off some of the food we were eating. The meeting and final locations are both near subway entrances which made it easy to get back to our hotel. A tour worth booking!!!

The food was delicious and diverse. Her knowledge of Taiwanese food and culture brought the experience to life. Julie was engaging, charismatic, and a lot of fun. It was a most enjoyable afternoon.

5.00The food was amazing and suitable for all palates. Our favorites were the pork dumplings, bubble tea, and scallion pancakes. Our guide, Julie, was very knowledgeable about the history of the different dishes and the traditional ways they were eaten. Very interesting. Would highly recommend this tour.

5.00This was the most fantastic introduction to Taiwanese food. Everything I sampled was scrumptious, and my wonderful guide Jenny was friendly, kind and extremely knowledgeable. She explained in detail Taiwanese food culture and etiquette when it came to selecting and eating different foods. She also very kindly gave me recommendations for other night markets and restaurants based on what I really enjoyed eating on the food tour. I really could not recommend this tour enough.
