Step into an Indochine-style villa tucked away in a quiet Hanoi alley and explore Vietnam’s tea and coffee culture through a curated 2.5-hour tasting workshop. Your journey begins with three signature tea starters — a gentle Flower-Scented Tea, the comforting daily Tradition Tea Leaves, and a refined Modernized-Tradition Tea — each reflecting a different layer of Vietnamese tea heritage. You’ll then move into the main coffee experience, discovering Vietnam’s bold character through a Vietnamese Espresso, the crowd-favorite Brown Coffee, and finally the iconic Vietnamese Cappuccino (Egg Coffee) with its silky, sweet foam. Throughout the workshop, Cultural Storytellers reveal the histories, rituals, and craftsmanship behind each drink, connecting every sip to the communities who shaped it. A portion of the experience supports children’s education at our Da Lat coffee farm — a meaningful way to honor the hands behind every leaf and bean you enjoy.

We had an amazing time with Simone. He was so knowledgeable and made the class very fun. We’ve had a lot of coffee since we have been in Vietnam but this coffee was the best we’ve had so far. He changed my view on egg coffee now I’m in love.

Experience 100% recommended. I really like coffee and we were able to taste and learned to make all the traditional Vietnamese ways to prepare it. Very interesting and especially lovely staff. I would recommend it to my family and friends without hesitation. Looking forward to preparing what I have learned at home.
