5.00Maria Cristina was lovely, thoughtful and attentive. The itinerary exceeded our expectations. The tour was very well organized and the driver, Enzo, was also very friendly and attentive.

3.00The tour was a small group tour with about 20 people, so we were expecting more interaction. The stops were nice but could have had spent longer in Lugano and less time in Bellagio. The tour itself was well organized, with good communication with the tour company on pickup time and location, as well as good communication from the tour guide on meeting locations and times at each stop. However, the tour itself didn't feel like a tour but just transportation between the stops. While the tour guide was friendly, she was very difficult to understand and didn't provide much insight into the locations we were visiting. In addition, the tour guide and the van driver were chatting loudly a good portion of the trip, which was annoying and distracting. If you are looking for arranged transportation from Milan to Bellagio and Lugano then this tour is fine, but if you want a true tour in English, you should find a different tour.
