5.00Super easy and inexpensive way to get to the city. Our hotel was very close to the termini station and the bus was the way to go. If you don’t have a ticket you can get one at the airport, but you don’t get to skip the line. There was plenty of room for big luggage and bus was comfortable.

5.00Very convenient. Used this shuttle to go to the airport. Stop is behind Termini station. Drop off right at the terminal for check in at the airport. Will definitely use it again. FYI - the time on your tickets is different from the time you book on viator. That didn’t matter… tickets scanned and I got on the bus.

5.00Only one bus leaves at a time. It makes 3 stops the last being the Central train station. Taxis are right there to take you wherever you want to go. It saved us a lot of money over taking an Uber.

5.00Staff were very helpful on the trip I booked indepedently from Civitavecchia. And on this trip from Rome wr had no issues but the driver was in a hurry. So we stored wnd removed our own luggage which included a wheelchair. But all in all no issues.

5.00Driver was excellent and very nice, explained everything about each of the stops and made sure people were getting off at the correct stop. There were a few difficult passengers complaining, however, that was on them. Description was very clear about stops and timings.

2.00The gentleman at the airport who was helping guests and the driver were awesome. We had a flight delay, contacted the company (8 hours ahead of time) and was told it would be fine. But it wasn't, the tickets we had were not valid since time delay and had to repurchase tickets. Tried to contact the company and they never returned our emails.

1.00I need to warn people about our return journey from Rome to Fiumicino. The outbound trip was fine, nothing special but got us there safely. The return driver was a completely different story. I've been to Italy many times and I'm used to spirited driving, but this was something else entirely. He was driving far too aggressively for a shuttle bus full of tourists with luggage. The worst moment came as we approached the airport. He hit a speed bump without slowing down at all. Everyone on the bus was literally thrown out of their seats. Several passengers banged into the overhead racks. I hit my back hard and it's still painful now as I'm sitting at the airport writing this. No apology, no acknowledgment that anything had happened. Just completely reckless. I've used airport shuttles all over Europe and have never had an experience like this. My back is genuinely hurting and I'm dreading the flight home. There are plenty of other transfer options from Rome - Leonardo Express train, other shuttle companies, taxis. Please use one of those instead. This isn't worth the risk.
