The East Gardens of the Imperial Palace - Edo Castle Ruin

If the East Gardens of the Imperial Palace are open, we’ll enter and take a relaxing stroll inside. The gardens are usually closed on Mondays and Fridays. On those days, we’ll instead visit the iconic Nijubashi Bridge from the outside, with time for photos and a historical explanation.

Our tour guide was James and he was extremely respectful and helpful during our tour. He took my spouse and I to lovely Tokyo attractions and when I took a tumble while crossing the street he was right there to pick me back up so I didn’t get too hurt. It was the perfect excursion for my spouse and I who are both senior citizens. Made exploring Tokyo much easier!

This was an outstanding luxury tour. James took my teenage son and I around Tokyo in his Audi A2. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and flexible and his English is perfect. The tour was as good or better than some of the “luxury” tours we had earlier in our visit. I’d highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to see the highlights of Tokyo in a short amount of time.
