1.00This seems like a dubious provider. When we went to collect the tickets, we were told that the whole ticket system at the Vatican would not work. This was obviously not true. Our hotel also made clarifications in parallel with us. This was a lie from the provider. We were given a new appointment 4 days later, we were there an hour before the agreed time, the woman behind the counter showed me the tickets and said we should not come back until 45 minutes later. When we were back in business, she suddenly claimed that she could not give us the tickets, as she had received an email from us in the meantime that we would rather get the refund. That was a fabricated claim. We stood there with our children and wanted to have the tickets to the museum. Only after vehement insistence did she think she could give us the ticket, but she had to photograph the whole family (!) as proof that we had accepted the tickets. We threatened to sue - after all, her colleague took us all the way to the entrance. The whole thing was very mysterious, definitely not professional and suspicious.

5.00I highly recommend this tour operator we got the skip the line tickets and made it sooner inside the museum. If you are travelling with kids I highly recommend to take the option. The process from the start was very smooth and efficient the guide dropped us even near museum.

5.00Shuman was a great guide to get us to the front of the line. There was zero wait. He also gave us great recommendations for things to do in Rome. The Vatican museum and Sistine Chapel was self guided tour as we bought the audio guide. It was well worth going through this company. Highly recommend.
