1.00The info had said, no printed ticket needed. Then I got an email that said print your ticket the day before. I’m in a hotel so I didn’t have a printer, but I got the hotel to print the ticket I took the ticket to the Vatican and St Peter’s Cathedral and they would not except the printed ticked I had. They said I needed a square QR code and the one on the paper was rectangle. I’ve tried to reach someone and no one from Vasica has answered me. I would like a refund for my 250.00. I had no problem with the other two sites I saw in Rome thru Vasica with the correct code bar.
