1.00We paid for a guided tour to the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel and access to St. Peter’s Basillica. We did NOT get this. She told us that she was not allowed to take the group into the chapel and could talk inside. We sat on a wall outside and she showed us a book and then told us to go in and try to remember what she said. There were several groups inside with a guide. She also did not allow us access to St. Peter’s Basillica because it would be too crowded. She said we could go back later. We went to the entrance and were told that she should have taken us in through a different entrance. We had to wait in line well over an hour to get in. Would not ever use this company again. We only got 1/3 of what we paid for. Very disappointing tour. We loved the Sistine Chaoel and St Peter’s, but not have a guide or assistance.

2.00This tour is through the entire museum which is several hours. Our tour guide was very nice and probably very well informed. Unfortunately her English was not very good and difficult to understand. Pair that with the fact that they did not have any ear microphones but had to borrow them from the museum and they were large, hard to attach to your ear and next to impossible to hear through. Very disappointing for the money that we paid.
