We had a great guide. My wife has lupus and it was difficult for her to walk. He showed extra care. Great.

The tour was over crowded and we didn’t get to the Basilica due to the possible long wait. The guide spent too much time talking and it led to us taking 3 hours to complete the museum tour. The whole tour was supposed to take 3 hours.

Julian was our tour guide. He was very informative. I gave him five stars. He always made sure his group was there before he moved on. We would definitely recommend this tour.

Elena was great. She kept us together and navigated the crazy crowds well. Her passion for art was enthusiastic and informative. The Vatican Museum was great. Saint Peter’s Basilica was so crowded it felt a bit chaotic, not Elena’s issue more about the crowds.

Looong tour. Last-minute change that excluded St. Peter’s Basilica was disappointing. Too large a group size made it difficult to navigate and follow along, particularly since it was super crowded even with the “no waiting in line” option.
