5.00This was an amazing trip. The tour guide was knowledgeable and despite it being a rainy day, we were still able to enjoy all the activities to the fullest. The tour was expertly planned and intentionally navigated. I highly recommend it!

5.00This was a great day visit to Rotorua! It’s an early start, but totally worth it. Along the drive you’ll see the beautiful countryside and when you arrive in Rotorua, it’s lovely. We got to make a pitstop in the Rose Gardens before we went to the lady Knox Geiser! OK, I was totally surprised that they force it to erupt, but I guess when you’re on a tourist’s schedule… Te Puia is a nice walk with a variety of different types of mud baths, pools of all colors, and interesting terrain. But the highlight of the trip was the Polynesian spa! The tubs are lovely, with a lush landscape, a variety of temperatures for everyone, and so relaxing! It was the highlight of the trip. Our guy, Jason was awesome, and artfully managed to pick up some drops at different places during the day. He got two of us to the Spa 45 minutes early, so we got extra time, which was appreciated I would definitely recommend this trip for anybody who loves scenic, nature, and Hot Springs!

5.00Jason (JJ) was a great guide for the day. He has a good sense of humor and is an efficient driver. He provided a lot of good information about local customs. Seeing Lady Knox Geyser erupt was really cool. The thermal pools in the park were fascinating and like nothing we can see in Ohio (where we are from). The Polynesian Spa was so relaxing, and it was fun to try the different pools. Very peaceful area, perfect way to spend the last day in New Zealand. Made friends in the can along the way. A great day!

5.00It was a perfect day! The pick-up was on time, and our driver, Jason, was excellent. He was very helpful, knowledgeable about New Zealand, and extremely polite and friendly. He even took us to additional sightseeing spots beyond the program. The nature was incredible, and the spa was the cherry on top. I would definitely recommend this tour!
