Depart from pier 13 and 14 in Auckland’s Downtown Ferry Terminal to Waiheke Island at either 9am, 10:15am or 11am. On weekdays, depart from pier 3 in Waiheke Island’s Matiatia Ferry Terminal to Auckland at either 4:15pm, 5:15pm or 6pm. On weekends and public holidays, depart from pier 3 in Waiheke Island’s Matiatia Ferry Terminal to Auckland at either 4:15pm, 5:15pm or 6:15pm.

1.00Arrived on time to be told Viator mobile tickets not accepted. We were taken to the ticket office to print them. It took ages for them to locate the booking and eventually print tickets. By the time we made it back to the boarding area they'd closed boarding. We had to argue with them to let us on to avoid missing our next tour on the island. Fullers have yet to apologise or provide an explanation, although they've claimed we'd changed the booking and checked-in the previous day, that certainly wasn't us!
