Great experience. The service was pretty efficient and professional. The transport vehicle was very punctual. They should consider larger branding to increase the visibility of the brand on their transport vehicles for the pick-up stops at Woodbury Commons.

The trip was easy to book, friendly staff and was going very well until our return journey I had changed our return time online before we left home and received a confirmation email. However when we went to get on the coach to return they had us at our original time We were put on standby and had to hope someone didn’t turn up

Great experience, very central collection location. Bus was new and luxurious, price was really reasonable. Can’t fault this as the way to visit Woodbury.

We went on a day visit. Lots of bargains. We missed our bus back but they managed to get us back on another bus 2 hours later. Just had time for more shopping. We had around 6 hours there after travelling. Very comfortable coached
