5.00Service was great. Driver reached out a day prior to our trip to verify the reservation, and to provide all of his contact information in case there were any changes. He was timely and met us at the airport and at our hotel for the return trip. Car was extremely clean. This was a great experience. Far easier than getting a taxi.

1.00My wife got sick on the way to the hotel. About a tablespoons of puke hit the floor mat in the back seat which we cleaned in seconds. The driver was told to keep us in the car until we paid 300 Swiss Francs for the car to be cleaned. This was extortion. NEVER DO Business with this company or its people.
