5.00Our guide, Laura, provided historical detail behind the buildings and landmarks we visited. Sh adjusted the pace to suit our needs. She even explained how to buy tickets for the tram for the next part of our journey. It was a wonderful experience.

1.00Terrible!! The guide was a nice man who speaks two languages but not much English. Hardly knew anything about Switzerland or Zurich. All he was able to do was take us from one location to another without being able to tell us anything more. Halfway through we got fed up and discontinued the tour, as it was a complete waste of our time.
