BEWARE! Matt Harvey ( British ) is the manager of this business and has an absolute no refunds policy once you’ve paid. We paid for 4 people (£320) and never got to do the karting. We booked once inside Japan so couldn’t get the original paper copy of the international driving license so they say you can’t drive the carts. Matt couldn’t even point us to the part of the booking process where this information is, so not sure where we were supposed to find it. This company seems to get 5* for those that did it and had fun or 1* for people like us that found it to be a scam. Terrible customer service and even worse that they will take your money at point of booking without even a pop up explaining that you must book from your home country.

This isn't exactly a tour since there's no talking during it, but there is something magical about riding go karts all over the streets and highways of tokyo. The team was super nice and we all felt super safe the entire time!

My husband and I really enjoyed the go cart experience. Just drive around Tokyo dress in costume was fun. I was pickachu and my husband was a minion. I think it for old children

It was a great experience! I booked it earlier the same day and instantly got a confirmation via Viator and a mobile ticket. I used Google maps to get me to the site, I took the Asakusa line and it was a 10-15 min walk to the building. I originally walked right past it, but when I went back and glanced in, I saw the "Japan Kart" sign. Check in was simple, they had my name on a list, they just validated my credentials and I signed a waiver. They had plenty of costumes - or as I preferred - just thick winter jackets and pants since it was very cold. They ALSO had free Go-Pro and PHONE mounts! I spent all day trying to find a phone mount at Don Quiotes and Bic, because I wanted first-hand footage. I knew on their site they had Go-Pro mounts, I did not realize they had phone mounts. I was so happy to see them, and they were free to use! Rules were simple and fair. Carts go pretty fast, but lots of stops at lights, so its not overwhelming and the carts do also hit a max speed, so you cant go too crazy. We stopped half way through on a bridge with an amazing view of the skyline in the distance. They look lots of photos of us and sent those out for free as well! Would recommend and do again!
