We had an amazing day with Bek- our family of 4 - ages 21 to 60-something, including one with mobility challenges were able to spend a day near Mt. Fuji with the activities that we would find most enjoyable and with the extra time we needed to get around. They day starts with an initial plan and as Bek got to know us he made suggestions to add and subtract activities along the way. For example- we thought we wanted the pirate ship boat tour but he arranged a speed boat for our family- which definitely suited us better. He made the day for our son who is learning Japanese by passing time in traffic on the way back by sharing a Japanese lesson! At all times he was clear with his communication about what activities were not included and would cost extra or if we might have overtime charges so there were no surprises. It was my favorite day of the trip and a private tour for a family of 4 is worth the extra! The clear views of Mt. Fuji were just a bonus- as the waterfalls, ice caves and lunch recommendations would have made a great day anyway.

Bek was absolutely awesome! He was very knowledgeable and took us to all the incredible spots! Showed us the best restaurant, suggested a boat ride, and did everything he could to get us a picture perfect shot of Mt Fuji. Shiraito Falls was completely breathe taking! 100% recommend this tour and would request for Bek again! Once in a lifetime experience!

This is my first time booking with Viator and i’m so happy I did for my family’s Tokyo trip. Being able to be picked up directly from our hotel was beyond convenient. Our tour guide Jack arrived on time, his vehicle was clean and cool, and my family of 4 felt safe driving with him. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the Tokyo, Mt. Fuji area and guided us to the best photo op spots. We had a great lunch at a very affordable ramen/ sushi spot and he helped us order our food. We never felt rushed and truly were able to customize our day with his recommendations. Very accommodating, patient, and gave great suggestions for sightseeing, local food and drinks. Jack was truly wonderful and my family and I would definitely tour with him again anytime. 10 STARS
