Great experience! No one else booked so it was just a private lesson with Christian and he was a great shef you took the time to show me every detail of cooking gluten free and making it amazing and took tons of photos and even sent me his cook book! He treated me like a friend not a customer which made the experience so much better and more enjoyable

We had the most incredible night cooking pasta with Christian! It felt like one of those incredible local experiences that you were lucky to find. It was a dream come true for my coeliac boyfriend to make such beautiful gluten free pastas - everything was delicious (especially the wine!). I’d recommend to anyone looking to spend time with a local, eat delicious food and get out of the tourist centre.

We had so much fun in our GF pasta making class with Christian in Rome! He taught us how to make GF gnocchi, trofie, and pasta alla chitarra. Then, he added 3 homemade sauces & we had a delicious lunch. I can't wait to start trying out our new culinary skills 👩🏻🍳🍝 I highly recommend this as an amazing authentic Italian experience. We learned how to make the pasta, watched the preparation of the sauce, and have all the recipes to try at home. Skip the big tourist group, this is the class you want!

Chef Christian made this experience fun, relaxed, and completely hands-on. No note-taking needed — we got a cookbook at the end with all the recipes and tips! The pasta was unbelievably good (yes, even gluten-free!) and the class was tailored to our preferences. Chef Christian kept things light, informative, and full of laughs. I left with new skills, the confidence to make the pasta again at home, and a big smile. Highly recommend!

I had the most wonderful experience at this gluten-free pasta cooking class in Rome! Our chef, Christian, was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also warm and engaging, making the whole afternoon both fun and educational. We started with a glass of wine in the beautiful little shop where the class was held, and then got hands-on learning to make three different types of pasta. The process was approachable and enjoyable, and the results were truly delicious—honestly the best pasta I’ve ever eaten. Sharing the meal together at the end was such a special touch. I left not only happy and full but also inspired, with Christian’s cookbook in hand so I can recreate the recipes at home. I can’t recommend this class enough—it’s a perfect blend of learning, laughter, and incredible food!

Great experience! Christian showed us how to make 3 different types of pastas. After making the pasta he took the pasta and cooked up three delicious dishes for us to eat. We had gluten free Bruschetta as well. Shared some good laughs, had a great time, and ate one of the best dishes I had in Rome. The sauce was delicious!
