5.00Our guide Shazhaad, was amazing. He took the time to educate my spouse and our adult son the entire trip. Although were were not able to see Mount Fuji because the clouds never cleared, the overall experience was truly amazing because of our guide. He walked with us at each park talking about the history and what is available at each location. He allowed us to explore and read through the history… taking up time for the multiple locations we stopped. Truly a phenomenal experience and much of that coming from our guide. I highly recommend this company and would certainly ask for Shazhaad if he is available - I am sure he is sought by many. We saw a lot of tour buses on the way up and down, private guide is the way to go. We were pick up by a hotel near by to our location, less than 5 min walk. We stayed in the Asakusa shopping area. A+++. Great experience HIGHLY recommend! Thank you Shazhaad! Great experience that will last a lifetime!

5.00We had an amazing day with Bobby! He suggested a perfect timeline in order to avoid crowd and took us to all places that where important to us in order to get the best possible view of Fuji mountain. The best thing is that this tour is fully customized so you can agree with him on everything (we were traveling with a 9-month old baby so he was very considerate of his needs). Also, we received great recommendations for food. If you are coming to Japan this tour is something that you cannot miss!

5.00Due to the weather, we didn’t get to see Mt Fuji. But our tour guide, Irfan, made the experience worthwhile. He was a great, friendly and informative tour guide. We did some great souvenir shopping and had a delicious lunch based on Irfan’s recommendation.

5.00What a great day! Manny called on the eve of the tour to suggest an earlier start. As a result we were able to get in/out of the stops before the groups showed up. We also managed to stay ahead of the cloud coverage, allowing for the best photos of Mount Fuji throughout the day. He had lots of great suggestions, including lavender ice cream! He offered to take photos of us and gave us directions to end up with fun shots.
