Too long wait time after Maid of the Mist

Bus seats were not comfortable. Aircon wasn’t working well. Maid of the Mist was spectacular but the wait time was too long. We were done by 5pm but the bus picked us up by 11. An hour late from the agreed time. Fireworks were underwhelming. Not worth it. Our tour guide Brian was so-so. Didn’t wear a mic so it’s hard to understand him. If wait time wasn’t that long, would rate better.

Terrific experience. Had such a wonderful time n all were very nice and professional. The operator attended to all and accommodated those that needed assistance What I didn't like was that the bus didn't have running water in the bathroom. No sink only hand sanitizer When it was time to return back to NY the bus was late about 20min for pick up. He said the light bulb needed fixing

Trip was great. The only comment I have is a better bus with nicer seats. Our seats were crowded and uncomfortable for the long trip especially traveling at night when everyone is expected to sleep. Our guide was fabulous!

Considerate that u walking a marathon, it was too fast for me, u didn't have enough time to really enjoy it. And they left u by urself b4 dinner. And u need to figure out how u can see the night lights. The drivers needs to considerate a little more the way they push the brakes on the bus I didn't like it.
Amazing, worth the 14-15 hours to get there and back!

Watching the falls from the bottom and from the top! Amazing!! It was pretty chilly there with wind and temp, so make sure you take jackets! Our guide was Joel, was very helpful with facts. We loved the Maid of the Mist trip.
