• Exceptional Mt. Fuji & Lake Kawaguchiko Tour Experience

  Our family of four (including two teenage boys) had an incredible day exploring Mt. Fuji and Lake Kawaguchiko. Our tour guide, Hiroko-san, was absolutely fantastic - she made the entire experience special with her warm, welcoming personality and extensive knowledge of the area. She had this wonderful way of making us feel like we were family rather than just tourists, sharing fascinating cultural insights and stories throughout the day. The views of Mt. Fuji were breathtaking, and Lake Kawaguchiko's serene beauty provided perfect photo opportunities. We particularly enjoyed exploring a charming local town, where our boys had fun discovering unique shops and local treats. Our driver, Toshi-san, was excellent as well, ensuring our journey was comfortable and safe throughout the day. What really set this tour apart was the personal touch. Hiroko-san's enthusiasm and genuine care for ensuring everyone had a great time made all the difference. She answered all our questions thoughtfully and helped us understand not just what we were seeing, but its significance in Japanese culture. Perfect for families with teenagers - there was enough variety to keep everyone engaged and interested. We couldn't have asked for a better way to experience this iconic Japanese landmark and its surrounding area. Highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting to experience Mt.   Yuko was the most amazing tour guide I have ever had the pleasure of traveling with. If you are visiting Japan, I cannot recommend her enough—especially for a trip to Mount Fuji! Both Yuko and our driver went above and beyond to ensure our journey was truly unforgettable. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made this trip an absolute highlight of our time in Japan. From the moment they picked us up at our hotel, we felt welcomed and excited. The car was luxurious and comfortable, setting the tone for an incredible day. Yuko came prepared with educational materials and shared fascinating insights about Mount Fuji’s history and cultural significance. She even brought a DVD for us to enjoy when we decided to skip the information center to maximize our time taking in the breathtaking views. Yuko's flexibility and ability to customize our experience to suit our preferences were unmatched. She adapted the itinerary seamlessly, making thoughtful changes throughout the day to ensure everything was perfect for us. This trip was part of a work retreat for myself and two colleagues, and it turned into an amazing team-building experience that we will treasure forever. The views were absolutely stunning, and Yuko knew all the best photo spots. She helped us capture memories we’ll always cherish and gave us ample time to soak in the majesty of Mount Fuji and its surroundings. We even invited Yuko to join us for lunch at a charming restaurant, and as a vegan of 21 years, I was thrilled with how she went out of her way to find a place with delicious options for all of us. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making the entire day feel easy, peaceful, and extraordinary. This experience exceeded every expectation, and I can’t wait to return to Japan and book another tour with Yuko. She deserves more than five stars for the incredible care and expertise she brought to our trip. Thank you, Yuko, for making this journey so special. We’ll be talking about this for years to come!

  We went with Ken, our guide, to several locations around Mt. Fuji. He is very knowledgeable about the area (and Japan) and speaks very good English. We enjoyed communicating with Ken prior to our tour day, which was extremely helpful. Thank you Ken for our wonderful experience in the Mt. Fuji area!

  We had a wonderful trip to Mount Fuji and the five lakes region. Ken was very knowledgeable and attentive, an all around fantastic guide. Our driver Tak was awesome also. Although the clouds limited visibility of the top of Mt. Fuji there were many beautiful views. We learned a lot about the cultural significance of Mt. Fuji which I really appreciated. I would recommend this trip to anyone.
