What To Expect
1. Select the transportation service you require and please consider Model and type of vehicle will be assigned upon availability and the number of passengers. 2. Provide the following information: Full name, flight number, pick-up date and time, and phone number. 3. Save your voucher. Print it or save it on your phone. 4. 48 hours prior to your ride, you will receive your driver's contact info. 5. 24 hours before, we will provide you with the meeting point info to meet with your driver. 6. Meet your driver at the pick-up location. 7. Present your voucher and I.D. to the driver so properly driver can validate your voucher/ticket. 8. Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs, or bikes) may have certain restrictions; please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable. 9. Please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on the number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate.

1.00Had to give it a star * but wish the system would allow me to give it none. Absolutely TERRIBLE and Unprofessional. I'll try to make it short, but don't waste your money and/or time with this company. Arrived to Narita Airport on time and two days prior, as the company requested, I provided the information needed to be picked up. That never happened and I my wife and my son had to take the train (about an hour trip) to our AirBnb. Off course, ti was raining, so that didn't help walking for the train station to our room. This could've been prevented as I schedule a drop off in front of our room, that as I mentioned before, it never happened. Contacted the company via whatsapp as requested, but never answer my texts. Viator is currently helping to reimburse my money and unfortunately I have to wait 72 hours. In conclusion, don't waist your money, time, effort, etc. This company is unprofessional at the highest level and you'll surely end up regretting hiring their services. Good luck out there to all !!!
