This is a very good experience for anyone visiting Tokyo who has an interest in Sumo wrestling. The practice session lasted about an hour and the wrestlers were glad to pose with us for photos afterwards. Be aware that you will have to remove your shoes to enter the practice areas and to sit on a floor mat while watching the wrestlers.

This was an amazing tour. Very knowledgeable guide and made the whole process really enjoyable. We got lucky and saw some of the best wrestlers in makuuchi as well as a former yokozuna (hakuho / miyagino oyakata no less). Everyone was really wonderful. Worth it and highly recommend.

Good way to watch the sumo wrestlers in action. Pre practice briefing could be given outside the stable/somewhere quieter as struggled to hear what was being said when this was done next to the main road in front of the station.

This stable is highly rated We thoroughly enjoyed watching all stages of the morning practice We were able to gain some knowledge of the process of each encounter With notes passed by our guide While for us sitting cross legged for over 2 hours was a bit difficult We would do it again Just to see the precision strength dedication that all the sumos showed us Highly recommend
