Experience a culinary journey throughout Spain with a tapas cooking class that will teach you how to make 10 different tapas. This small-group class offers you a hands on cooking experience. The best part is, after you have finished making the food, you get to enjoy a meal of what you prepared with free sangría. Wine is available but not included

What To Expect

Learn about Spanish culture and gastronomy, cook and have fun with your group of friends. Drink sangría to pair with 10 different tapas you will learn to prepare. Wine is available but not included in the class price. Almost half of the menu is vegetarian but we cannot adapt all the tapas to vegetarian option. No children under 14 admitted You will cook in small groups of 3 4 people and taste all the tapas prepared.

We had an amazing time. Gustavo was a wonderful teacher. He was the perfect blend of hands on and hands off. Our group got along very well and ended up working together on tasks. We did 12 total items including the Sangria l, which was plentiful. Gustavo also provided the history behind several dishes which was very much appreciated. Highly recommend!!!

Fabulous class! Gustavo is a great teacher combining history and food. Carmencita was very attentive and helpful to the participants.
Great time cooking with others under the direction of Gustavo. Authentic Spanish dishes were delicious!

My husband and our son attended this amazing tapas class which was well worth it. The chef was outstanding and made us all feel so welcome. The whole group interacted with each other. The food was amazing. I learnt so much from this class. It’s a must do in Madrid.

We had such a marvelous time with Gustavo! He was funny and so engaging! The class was amazing and I would suggest everyone attend. There was so much food and it was delicious! This was a great experience!!!!
