Hardly any queues, super easy to reach (two minutes from the metro), and because it was so quiet we could wander around completely at our own pace. The audio guide headset wasn’t great – ditched it after ten minutes – but honestly, we didn’t need it – friendly staff were everywhere and happily answered questions or pointed things out. The home changing room is just unreal. No glass, no barriers – the shirts are hanging there exactly as the players left them. It feels properly private, like the squad could walk in any second to get ready for the game. Goosebumps. Tunnel, pitch, dugout, press room… endless amazing photo spots and you can take your time everywhere. The museum is smaller than the Bernabéu’s but perfectly organised, super interactive, and the VR experience reliving historic Atlético moments is one of the best things I’ve done in any stadium . Overall, it’s way more relaxed and authentic than its giant neighbour. Less touristy, more heart and soul. My honest advice: if you have time for both stadiums in Madrid, do the Metropolitano first. Trust me, once you’ve felt this cosy, intense rojiblanco atmosphere, the Bernabéu almost feels too big afterwards.

I thought the stadium and museum tour was fantastic, the stadium is beautiful inside and out and I was really impressed with the interactive games and VR sets they have set up featuring athleticos old stadium. I visited both Madrid stadiums and athletico Madrid was a far better experience in my opinion.

We chose to take the self-guided tour of this stadium and it was the best we have ever done! You get to see most areas - the pitch, changing rooms and even the car park. The VR headsets are not to be missed! We usually don’t take too much interest in the museum at the end, but this is really fun and interactive. It’s a great stadium and a must do tour, a very good price too.

Unfortunately and very much to my regret the experience has been horrible. We are 15 minutes late, our fault, but the indications are to forget, having to go all the way around the field. When we arrived it seemed that we had arrived 2 hours late and they tell us that they can not make the tour, they take us to the changing room and the press room and tell us that they no longer open access to the box and the panorama of the course. We tell him if we can access the lawn and they say no because they are removing the.material from the concerts yet. And I say, if you can't access the turf, the logical thing to do is to announce it in the purchase of tickets because I say that if you are going to visit a stadium and you can't access... because it borders on deception to say nothing else. I regret that an institution like Atlético operates so unfortunately and the sad attention received even seeing that we were with 3 children and that we came from 500 km. I guess when any player or worker is 15 minutes late they will do the same. That said very sad and very unprofessional.

I’ve been to watch Atlético many times, as well as do the stadium tour, definitely the best atmosphere of the Madrid clubs. I must admit, I was gutted when they left the old Vicente Calderon stadium but I still enjoy my visits to the new stadium.

This was the best stadium tour experience ever. Staff was amazing and the stadium is beautiful, posh and huge. Thank you for that, it was really amazing.

For me it was an absolutely magnificent visit. The most important thing is the trophies, but the billboards, historic clothes, interactives, going down to the changing room, press room and benches was a marvel

This for me is much more beautiful and interactive than the Bernabeu you can even go to the changing rooms and press conference. Convenient to reach by subway. If you are in town it deserves at least a couple of hours.
