3.00Our tour was somewhat underwhelming even though we paid for a private tour that was presumably customizable. Our tour guide began the trip telling us she had purchased tickets for Reina Sofia. We had told her that we went there the day before and had explored it thoroughly. She then offered she could just end the tour early then if we didn’t want to go again. Since that didn’t seem like a fair trade (there was no partial refund offered in exchange), we went ahead and returned to Reina Sofia, which encompassed about half of our tour time. The other half was pleasant but again, mostly inflexible. The tour guide did very little to accommodate my elderly parents who were participating. As a result, some of the tour was rather uncomfortable for them. When you pay for a private tour, you assume the guide will be more flexible and accommodating. Ultimately, although we were able to see some of the sights of the city, we were somewhat underwhelmed with the overall service.

5.00I really loved this tour. We really had a better spacial awerness of the city after this tour. Which made it easier to navigate around town. The tour guide was also very knowledgeable and gave us great advice on family friendly activities.

5.00Our guide and driver were fantastic. Knowledgeable to get around abd even note so about the local scene. The Prado museum was so interesting because of the knowledge shared about some of the more important paintings. Highly recommend!!

5.00The tour was fantastic, punctual and everything in order. The guide prepared a lot for our visit in particular. We were going With young football lovers and she was very pleasant, she knew the subject of the two football stadiums and the fans we visited. Then he gave us a tour of the most iconic of Madrid and we were happy with his company. The driver and very nice car too. It was all wonderful!

5.00We had a great tour. Our guide was amazing and our driver was very courteous and even provided umbrellas for the light rain we encountered at the Puerto del Sol. She provided great historical knowledge to various sites around the town and even when we asked to go to the Real Madrid Stadium she knew all the history there too. Highly recommend this tour.
