Jason took our family to the Tokyo Dome to watch the Tokyo Giants play against the Hiroshima Carp. It was early July so it was incredibly hot outside, and we were grateful that the Tokyo Dome was indoors and air conditioned. Jason was very kind to our family, responsive, and organized. He gave us clear directions to the meeting spot. He brought some snacks for the kids and gave us important information like which bento boxes were the most delicious, and which would sell out. He also printed out some of the cheers so that we could take part in the excitement. He explained how the league works and which players were the most favored. Jason really loves baseball, so it was great to be with someone who genuinely enjoys the game. The seats were part of the "cheering" section, which was a great experience even though the seating was tight (my family is very tall). It made us feel like we were part of the action!

As fans of baseball in the US, my family and I wanted to see a game in Japan. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide than Kristi, who is fluent in Japanese and English and came equipped with Japanese snacks for us and even transliterated cheers, so we could root for the the Giants. She also was essential in understanding in the etiquette of attending live games, which is different than in the US. Kristi explained the importance of cheering when seated in the cheer section and pointed out separate sections for each team. Taking in a game in Japan is highly recommended and having an interpreter made the experience even richer. Thanks Kristi and Jason!

My son and I went to a baseball game with Jason and it was one of the funnest experiences we had in Tokyo. Jason was a great communicator and made sure what we had the information we needed to get to the location by train. I highly recommend this experience to all sports fans (even if you aren't a sports fan).

Jason was amazing and made it feel very much like attending a baseball game with a local. It was a lot of fun learning the player chants and doing them along with everyone during the match.

Jason is very knowledgable about Japanese baseball and he makes the entire experience fun. He is very polite and has integrity. We overpaid for the tickets and he made sure that we received a refund.
