1.00It is a scam. You buy the pass and then you try to book and there is no availability. Besides I had booked Prado museum in Madrid and a few hours before they cancelled it.

1.00Terrible experience with Go Citvcvvy Madrid Pass. I bought this and made reservations, planned my itinerary. But Go City Madrid partnered (Amigo Tours - Royal Palace Madrid Tour, Naturanda - Alcala Henarez wine tour ) cancelled the event last minute. I was not able to rebook due to last minute cancellation of my itinerary. Go City does not take any responsibility if their partnered party cancelled at the last minute. Overall terrible experience with Go City Madrid Pass.
Very good but they should inform you before buying what tours they have available for the day of your visit

4.00It is a good way to know in my case Madrid, but I suggest buying it in advance in my case I had to buy my tickets to the Royal Palace at the box office because the tours they offer are few and sell out fast, I sent them a message to know if they could offer me a free pass to avoid that extra expense but they did not answer me, also mostly they are in English I had no problem but my wife does not fully understand, from the guides no complaints very patient and attentive.

1.00Amigo Tours cancelled my reservation 2 days before for no reason. I couldn’t visit the royal palace and when I wanted to buy tickets there were no tickets left. I am very disappointed because it was THE monument I wanted to see. Especially since my bike tour of Madrid with Churros was also cancelled the day before by Experience First even though I had established my program since July that is 3 months in advance. I do not recommend buying the card.

1.00Go City is a "bait and switch" operation. You pay to access a bundle of venues and in theory pick and choose what you want to visit. Go City however takes no responsibility for the actions of its vendors, its agents even though you are PAYING Go City for access. So you may make a reservation of a unique venue such as the Royal Palace or the Prado, both unique places to visit and Go City's vendor can cancel your reservations made weeks or months before without recourse at the last minute. What this means in my experience is that you end up shelling out $150 or more to visit unique places which other tour companies are servicing in my situation by using VIATOR. VIATOR stands behind its customers and willingly arranges refunds cancellations. Go City is unreliable has abysmal customer service and should be avoided as a scam.

4.00In our opinion it is worth purchasing Go City because it has several options available to visit. The only thing that went less well was the fact that we had scheduled the visit to the Royal Palace in advance and then it was deleted and they did not give a new date that was possible for us (in case the only alternative they gave was the day before our arrival in Madrid).

4.00We had a very knowledgeable guide and learned a lot while visiting the Prado. It would have been nice to have spent more time in the museum; however, we had another tour scheduled.
