Cancelled without prior notification. Got to the meeting point and it was at that time that we were told the tour was canceled. They knew two days before that they were not gonna be able to do the tour and they did not cancel it on their own so now we have to figure out how to get the refund for the trip ourselves. Do not recommend very poor communication.

It was a very nice experience. He guides Angel, from the best of the whole visit. He explained everything in detail and made our visit very enjoyable. Highly recommended.

An amazing experience for us who are lovers of history and art, we enjoyed every architectural detail of the palace and of course it would not be a wonderful experience without the help of our guide Miguel, a very prepared, friendly and helpful boy.

Amazing! Andrea was so informative! She gave a lot of history of the royal family and had a great sense of humor. Loved it!
