1.00Dreadful. Booked for an 80th birthday celebration and was cancelled the afternoon before. Poor communication and no alternatives offered. Very disappointing.

3.00The tour guide spoke poor English and his cadence and tone was very hard to understand . Many tours are poor due to the guides. I would highly recommend all tours with the audio guide and buy your ticket directly from the site you want to visit

5.00An amazing visit! I highly recommend, I have been to Madrid many times but I have never enjoyed as much as this time. The guide has been very friendly and professional. We have loved the experience and certainly if we return to Madrid we will repeat with 4U Madrid.

The palace itself is absolutely stunning, full of art, beautiful decorations, and impressive architecture. Skipping the line made everything easy and smooth, and the whole experience felt very well organized. It was a great way to learn about Spanish history while enjoying one of the most beautiful landmarks in Madrid. Highly recommended!
