What To Expect
1. Select the transportation service you require and please consider Model and type of vehicle will be assigned upon availability and the number of passengers. 2. Provide the following information: Full name, flight number, pick-up date and time, and phone number. 3. Save your voucher. Print it or save it on your phone. 4. 48 hours prior to your ride, you will receive your driver's contact info. 5. 24 hours before, we will provide you with the meeting point info to meet with your driver. 6. Meet your driver at the pick-up location. 7. Present your voucher and I.D. to the driver so properly driver can validate your voucher/ticket. 8. Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs, or bikes) may have certain restrictions; please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable. 9. Please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on the number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate.

1.00I booked this for our arrival into Japan. I didn’t receive any messages from the shuttle company prior to the trip, only confirmations from viator. On the day of, prior to flying in I messaged the company to ensure we were all set. Upon landing we walked around both terminals looking for our ride and no one was there. We finally got a message from the shuttle company and they let me know no one was coming. Such a stressful experience after getting off a long flight and trying to navigate an unknown country. We also travelled with kids so this was very inconvenient. Cannot say i recommend based off this experience. Had to request a refund via Viator .

Everything went fine. Driver met us took our luggage to the car and took us to our hotel.
