1. Select the transportation service you require and please consider Model and type of vehicle will be assigned upon availability and the number of passengers. 2. Provide the following information: Full name, flight number, pick-up date and time, and phone number. 3. Save your voucher. Print it or save it on your phone. 4. 48 hours prior to your ride, you will receive your driver's contact info. 5. 24 hours before, we will provide you with the meeting point info to meet with your driver. 6. Meet your driver at the pick-up location. 7. Present your voucher and I.D. to the driver so properly driver can validate your voucher/ticket. 8. Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs, or bikes) may have certain restrictions; please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable. 9. Please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on the number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate.

Our transfer from Haneda aitport went better than expected, considering our flight was more than an hour late and the driver did not speak English. I worried that there might be a problem bc of our late arrival. However, the driver contacted me on arrival with clear instructions using translating app and video and photos on how to exit the terminal so we can meet. Then he took good care of us and our luggage and was very polite.

Horrible first impression of Japan shockingly rude driver was difficult to find where to meet at the airport. Was told to send photo of our luggage so they could find us and then once they got to us started freaking out that we had too much with us: we booked for 5 adults and he has 4 seats with seatbelts in his van. He told us he needed to split our family if 5 and make 2 trips and wait for him and we needed to pay him More in cash. He only spoke Chinese not one word of Japanese or English so we had to struggle with translators. We wasted at least 45 min before he agreed to try to fit fit us and my husband helped him load the luggage but two people had to share one seat and one seat belt. The driver was photographing us and talking in Chinese sending our pictures while driving. It was horrible experience the opposite of why we pre planned a driver at the airport. Caused huge amount of stress. He refused to drop us in front of the hotel at the guest drop off so we had to cross huge intersection with our things not even knowing if we were at the right place. It could have been seamless and enjoyable but this was the absolute worst experience!
