This was a terriffic tour. I live in Tokyo part time and took some friends visiting from out of town, and I learned things I'd not know after many years of visiting the palace and gardens. I'd highly recommend it!

  • Lok, our guide, was wonderful. Great tour,

Lok, our guide, was fantastic, explaining so much about Japanese history, including the samurai, the shogun, and the royal family, including that of the current Emporor. Lok has maps and diagrams which helped us to understand the site and the changes that have occurred in the evolution of modern Tokyo. It was hot, but Lok knew all the shady places to stop for our comfort. This was a wonderful introduction on our very first day in Tokyo. Lok’s English is excellent. Thank you, Lok, for your enthusiasm and friendliness!
