Our guide Glenda, originally from Singapore, was extremely knowledgeable on Japan's history and especially, in relation to the Emperor's, Shogun's, Samurai's and the Imperial palace and gardens. Her English language was perfect and she spoke clearly and slow, unlike some other guides we have had in Japan. Glenda also gave us many recommendations for other sights to visit. The tour had a maximum of 10, making it an intimate experience. I strongly recommend this tour and ask for Glenda.

We had a wonderful morning tour with Kei where she shared her knowledge of Japanese history and culture. We had a rainy day for our tour and she thoughtfully took us to different locations out of the weather while we discussed the history and beautiful gardens. Kei is a knowledgeable guide and caring person. We were six in our travel group and two others joined us for this tour. We enjoyed the history and the beautiful and serene gardens.

She was very knowledgeable and informative. She would answer questions from the people on the tour. She was very helpful and even got a wheelchair, for one of my friends who are getting tired and dizzy.

Sato was great! Very knowledgable about the area and historical facts. So glad we walked around the land with a guide to point out which buildings were what and backstory to them. Made experiencing everything that much more enjoyable.
