The paella and sangria experience was one of the highlights of our trip. The chef instructors were fantastic and made the cooking experience a lot of fun. Be warned: they offer (free of charge) red and white sangria and shots at the end of the meal so you can get pretty toasted! We were with a fun group and had an absolute blast!

Very professional setting but, also very welcoming. Anthony, our presenter, spoke 3 maybe 4 languages. He made everyone feel at home.
